my name is briana, i’m 20 years old, and i’m the face behind Handmade with Love. i recently graduated from the institute of culinary education in downtown manhattan where i perfected my craft in their pastry and baking arts program. i started Handmade with Love back during COVID, just messing around dipping strawberries in chocolate. a friend suggested i turn it into a business, so i did! years later, i have over 200 orders and my very own kitchen built from scratch by my family.

i’m the one baking late into the night, handcrafting every detail, and pouring my heart into each treat that leaves my kitchen. what began as a love for baking — little briana with messy hands and a big smile — has grown into something so much more meaningful and so much bigger than i could have ever imagined.

this isn’t just about desserts. it’s about creating something that brings joy, celebrates the little moments, and reflects the heart behind the hands. i believe God gave me this passion for a reason, and every order, every message, every kind word reminds me of that.
